Metabolic conditioning is completing structural and compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after a workout. Strength Training
A well balanced training program should always include strength training. You'll learn how and why it's important to squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press with proper form. The unique program I’ve developed will help you not only build lean muscle but have you burning more calories on a daily basis. The more muscle your body carries, the more calories it will burn at rest in order to maintain that muscle, with or without activity. Through a combination of strategic exercise programming as well as nutritional guidance I will have you in the best shape of your life.
