Each prospective client receives a one-hour complimentary training assessment and body diagnostic. We'll learn about
your goals, your body, and create a realistic time frame for your transformation.
You'll learn how to identify and remove what I call limiting factors, which hinder progress in every way. Limiting factors
include but are not limited to vitamin and/or mineral deficiency, protein deficiency, dehydration, poor sleep and/or stress
management.
Metabolic Conditioning
Whether you’re training to lose body fat or just want a more tight and defined look to your body, this is a powerful form of training. Metabolic conditioning is completing structural and compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after a workout. You’ll see an improvement in your body composition and performance in no time.

Strength Training
A well balanced training program should always include strength training. You'll learn how and why it's important to squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press with proper form. The unique program I’ve developed will help you not only build lean muscle but have you burning more calories on a daily basis. The more muscle your body carries, the more calories it will burn in at rest in order to maintain that muscle, with or without activity. Through a combination of strategic exercise programming as well as nutritional guidance I will have you in the best shape of your life.
